20 November 2024What is a Vibration Motor?
The vibration motor is a part of industrial products. Since they are industrial products, their installation must be done by experienced teams.
The vibration motor is produced by making grounding connections against leakage or static electricity hazards. The vibration motor is used in industrial areas by converting electrical energy into kinetic energy. The vibration motor is most commonly used in the construction and mining industry, as well as agriculture, mills, food machinery, chemical industry, air and thermal power plants. It is used in many sectors ranging from wood, glass and paper industries.

Vibration Motor Working Principle
Vibration Creation Methods
There are basically two ways to create vibration in vibration motors. These methods appear as the circular method and the single-direction method.
Circular Method; Circular Method is the method in which vibration force is obtained by using a vibration motor in a circular motion for 360 degrees, regardless of direction.
Single Directional Method; In the unidirectional method, it is the vibration force method created by two vibration motors rotating towards each other.

Vibration Motor Installation
One of the issues that should be taken into consideration during the installation of the vibration motor is the positioning of the vibration motor in the factory. In this respect, it is important to position the vibration motor in a place where it can be easily accessed and maintained when it comes time for maintenance and repair. If the vibration motor is to be positioned outside, it should be positioned so that it is not directly exposed to sunlight. The vibration motor heats up so that no hands can touch its body during operation. For this reason, touching the vibration motor with hands should be avoided.
