The way the balances are adjusted is shown above, the balances must be adjusted to face the same direction. For this purpose, there are 2 different balances on a flask.
Fixed Balances
Since the bottom bracket hole is not perfectly round in fixed balances, it cannot move freely when it passes to the shaft and maintains its fixed position. There is a single hole on it and a screw thread is drilled into this hole.
Adjustable Balances
There are more holes on it than fixed balances, and these holes are drilled to a diameter that the fixing bolt can easily pass through. (For example, for M8 bolt, a diameter of 8.5 mm is drilled.) As shown in the table, the balance position is selected according to the desired amount of reduction and rotated until it reaches the hole. Then it is fixed with the fixing bolt and finally the clamping nut (the nut on the shaft) is fixed.Considering that there are more than 2 balances in the engine to be balanced, the positions of half of the balances must be changed.
For example; If there are 8 balance masses on one side of the vibration motor, we can achieve the desired impact force by changing the positions of 4 of them and performing the same operation on the other side.
