Vibration Motor Assembly
• Vibration motors are generally adjusted to 100% impact force during the production phase. The desired striking force can be determined by changing the balance position with the information on the "Balance Positions" page.
• The surface to which the vibration motor will be connected must be smooth and unpainted.
• Since unbalanced foot connections may cause noise and loosening during operation, make sure that the feet are balanced.
• Electrical connections must be made by people with the necessary technical knowledge.
Vibration Motor Maintenance
• Vibration motor maintenance should be done by people with the necessary technical knowledge.
• Before maintaining the vibration motor, make sure that the electrical power is cut off.
• Worn or damaged parts in the vibration motor must be replaced with original ones.
• In vibration motors that operate frequently, the fixing levers and electrical connection nuts should be checked at least once every 2 weeks.
• Ball bearings do not require lubrication, expired bearings are replaced with new ones by people with technical knowledge.
• Roller bearings should be lubricated every 2400 hours as a standard. It is recommended to do doho frequent yoga under heavy working conditions. Lubrication can be easily done from the grease fitting marked on the body, without disassembling the bearing.
